No need trade war for China to buy soybean

Brazil drought delayed planting in September 2020

soybean needs 100 days to grow till harvest

So in January 2021 there is very little soybean from South America

China will rush to buy up all US remaining soybean of this year

Other nations will also panic buy

Soybean prices will sustain and go higher

Then Cpo price will follow soybean up in tandem

We are at the beginning of a palm oil bull run

If South America faces drought from now till Feb 2021 then Palm oil will turn into a superbull

After South America next harvest of soybean will be in Sept 2021.

So can expect Palm oil superbull to last till 4th quarter of 2021

This bull has long way more up to go

And unlike face masks and gloves where everyone try to set up company from 2 months to 6 months there is a barrier to entry for palm oil

1. It takes at least 3 or 4 years to grow palm oil and see first harvest of Ffb

2. Malaysia and Indonesia stopped giving out license for new clearing of forest to plant palm oil (unlike face masks or gloves got no restriction )

Now is the time to load up!!

Patient and Perseverance are most important emotions in Stock Investments. Just take a stock as an example, Hengyuan. The price was below RM3 from August till 19 Nov.2020. Most did not look at it. When it starts moving up last week, everyone is saying, "Should have bought". Now, at 6.25, many are still hesitating and waiting.
