Based on the announcement, if I am not wrong, only 594,406,800 shares (2/3) under PP will be priced @RM0.6948 and RM413 million fund to be raised if all taken up. Price has not been fixed for the other 1/3 (297,203,400 shares). What does it mean for the direction of the share price after the completion of the first trench? Please share.

　　特斯拉的原首席执行官埃伯哈德和另一位名叫马克·塔彭宁（Mark Tarpenning）的高管，都是特斯拉的原始股东，他们在2003年萌生了以纪念发明家尼古拉·特斯拉（Nikola Tesla）为公司车型命名的想法，是最早两位将撼动底特律权威的人。

　　但他们都没有持有足够多的特斯拉股票，达到亿万富翁的地位，更不用说达到马斯克目前的净资产的程度了。

　　早期投资

　　据《福布斯》估计，截至11月10日，马斯克的净资产为2820亿美元。正是马斯克卖掉PayPal的种子资金，让埃伯哈德和塔彭宁的愿景变成了现实。最终，这也让马斯克走上了掌舵特斯拉的道路。

　　2010年特斯拉首次公开募股（IPO）之前，马斯克在一系列九轮融资中稳步提高了自己的持股比例，每一轮融资都进一步稀释了埃伯哈德和塔彭宁的股权。即使在今天，马斯克的股份仍在增长，因为他继续获得价值数十亿美元的季度股票分红，而不是工资。

　　“很久以前，我卖掉了很大一部分股票。”61岁的埃伯哈德在华盛顿州圣胡安群岛的家中说，“我创办了特斯拉，人们总觉得我是个亿万富翁，但其实我不是。”

　　埃伯哈德表示，如果他和塔彭宁早期出售了Rocket eBook（他和塔彭宁在20世纪90年代末创造的手持式电子阅读器），就不需要向马斯克寻求初始资金。

　　马斯克经常说，他不在乎财富。2020年他卖掉了自己在洛杉矶的豪宅，住在得克萨斯州博卡奇卡的SpaceX园区里一间简陋的活动板房里。尽管如此，他仍在以惊人的速度积累财富。

　　埃伯哈德不愿透露他持有特斯拉股份的细节，但他证实自己不是亿万富翁。塔彭宁目前是硅谷风险投资公司Spero Ventures的合伙人。他说，他也仍然持有特斯拉的股票，但他不在该公司的大股东之列。

　　在五位正式的联合创始人中，只有2019年离开特斯拉的斯特劳贝尔可能凭借其持股获得亿万富翁的地位。假设他在离开时仍持有特斯拉的很大一部分股份，他的股份价值可能约为13亿美元。

　　斯特劳贝尔目前是电池回收初创公司Redwood Materials的首席执行官和联合创始人，他拒绝就此事置评。

The article above (Sorry I found only Chinese version cos it is from Sina.com) is about why the original founders of Tesla do not become billionaires like Elon Musk cos they all left soon after Musk took over (in fact the first CEO with high caliber in technology )was sacked.
