2. How can Non Executive Director Tun Noor Tun Razak take AGM as an avenue to take santai photos and making statements such as she do nothing but smile and wave and act serious in AGM [Evidence: Facebook search: Tun Noor Tun Razak or Dnex, and you will find all her public photos]
3. The statement that Group Chairman made that this issue is at Board level and not at employee level [Evidence: Hle Analyst report]. How can a responsible leader says this statement? If your parents are in a midst of divorce, it wont affect the child?
4. Please take action against Bobaxelrod for defamation

Now that the noob head Bob is gone, time for serious Dnex discussion.
As shareholders, we need to seek these answers from management:
1. Dnex directors need to answer why did they sign the original SHA in the first place allowing CGP to have 33% control in Dnex Semi
2. How can a responsible director that gets paid director fees spends time doing nothing during AGM. Also, uploading photos on facebook and saying she do nothing but smile and act serious in AGM. This is a irresponsible behavior given that the company is embroiled in tussle with CGP and share price has dropped significantly
3. How can directors say this issue is only at board level, nothing to do with employees? when it may affect the livelihood of employees if dnex loses the arbitration

Agree with JamalHussein. Let’s comment maturedly and responsibly without having to laugh or curse at people who incur losses. We all make losses/gains. It’s an inherent risk in investing. What most Dnexers here is trying to say is that the drop in DNex share price was unexpected and could hv been avoided had the Chairman and BOD been more vigilant. And we urge the Executive Chairman to take quick actions to solve the impasse amicably and hv the interest of shareholders at heart

Group chairman need to be more responsible to the shareholders and not brush this arbitration issue as if it is a small issue.

This issue has already cause share price to fall more than 40%.

Group chairman need to be answerable especially on why did Dnex sign the SHA allowing CGP to have a 33% stake in Dnex Semi in the first place? If it was a mistake, admit it, and shareholders will back you up, as we all do not want to see silterra technology fall into foreign hands
But keeping silence will not do anyone especially shareholders and employees good.

Behavior of NED Tun Noor Tun Razak taking pictures and uploading on facebook playing the fool at AGM while share price has fallen 40% is also very irresponsible
