Second largest shareholder holding 20% is JAG capital owned by Johari who bought early of 2021. Johari and Syed Mokhtar are old friends.

Third largest shareholder Morgan Stanley with 12% disposing their stakes recently

Seems like Morgan Stanley is going to dispose more shares.

Nett cash of almost 20 sen and free cash flows of over 10 sen every year make it a good privatisation target. Morgan Stanley will not sell much below 50 sen. So much undervalued!

Selling pressure with huge volume in queue then will disappear suddenly. Do your own analysis how manipulator pressuring in selling in order to collect cheaper. Manipulator playing the game well.

Why you need to sale cheap? Just hold for few months because 3QR they hv achieved profit and all the banker give very high rating and TP.

Don’t fall for this trap by manipulator.
Morgan Stanley won’t sale cheap and stop dispose 2 weeks ago. Morgan Stanley bought MP share at average cost of 70 cents.

This is super good stock and so much undervalue.

This manipulator they are the one sale and they are the one buy, in between retailer letting go cheap because panic!

Morgan Stanley started selling from 12 April where prices were around 0.65 and the last date it announced to have sold Media shares was 1st June when the lowest price was 0.52.

Thereafter, there has been over 20m shares traded. Who was selling? and why pushing down the share price so hard?

We shall know very soon.

"A conundrum with one of the shareholders"

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc's aggressive selling of Media Prima shares has sent the stock down by 40% from its YTD high of 75 sen.

We estimate Mitsubishi UFJ's average cost of investment is 77.6 sen. It sold the shares at around 60 sen levels.

We continue to like the stock due to its earnings recovery angle and attractive valuations; Media Prima's Apr 2021 advertising sales jumped 103.1% yoy.

As per CIMB report, April 2021 also they achieved the sales.
May was Hari Raya and the sales should be achieved too.
