Since UMW is going to exit UMW-OG there is no need for UMW to make provision for the debt incur by UMW-OG anymore. It can easily reach RM7 and above. The distribution to the shareholders of UMWOG at RM1 a piece act as a double stimulant to it. Friday and Tuesday drop was simply because buyer is on holiday mood and seller want to take some profit for cny. Thursday will be a buy back and we will see a rebound. Please come and support tomorrow.

Okay .. my 1st TP hit.

UMW (4588) :-

While the announcement of this exit o&g biz..they are following thevl footsteps of Uncle SIME which divested its own o&g div for RM695mil back in 2011. So more to come lighter balance sheet to be easier for them. Which this divestment of stakes on UMWOG about halve their gearing..total borrowing will be reduced 65 to 68% from about RM8bil.

So nextweek i forsee this ship will continue sail to the north for meet my 1st personal TP's RM5.25, 2nd TP's RM5.50, 3rd TP's RM6.80 and final TP's RM7.50. Maybe can go more far..

For immediate CW, i would like to see UMW-CY up +3 pts 0.02 to 0.05 at current now. It will go beyond 0.10 cts immediate before expiry on May. So i put in my TP's 0.15 - 0.20 cts.

When airasia from 80 sen to Rm1.80. Many say is already up so much. Time to run. When goes to rm2.30. Many say already reach the top. Then later goes to rm2.80 many call for mayday about to come. Then hit rm3 people rub eyes not believing.
