Definitely Q1 2024 performace will be better, with China free Visa, CNY and 1 month school holiday which will only ended by 10March2024. You can experience the crowd this weekend eventhough CNY is over. Q4 2023 visitor is greater than pre-covid as 1 month year end school holiday have been shifted.

Total visitor for Jan 2023 where CNY fall on was 1.8M. Jan 2024 without CNY the number of visitor recorded was almost 2M. With CNY and school holiday, the number of visitor was about 2.3M.total visitor recorded for last quarter was around 6.1M. We can expect a great revenue increment on coming report for QoQ and YoY. Hopefully Miami land disposal can have good news soon since RWNY 5B usd reimagined project going to start soon. Highly likely New York casino license will not be far.
