good news in the pipeline. Genm fantastic business needless to say. 1) NY Casino with reliable source said currently at stage 80% to be granted to GENM. 2. Miami Land Sales update soon. 3. Catskills turnaround plan in next 3 FYEs. 4. Continuous development and expansion surrounding the hills which is expected to bring in additional income to the group in next 5 years. 5. Focus and be prudent on cost measurement to further improve earning.

I had seen a high fashion Italian shop in KLCC totally renovated in just a few days.
These are for businesses that are hot and profitable.
Everyday shop is printing money.
Walls and ceiling items are 100% prefab outside in factory first.

People just do not tutup kedai to do renovations. Unless already bankrupt lah.
If hot businesses do like that, CEO will be terminated immediately, no notice given, security guards will pack his private effects.

The abrupt closure of the 2 casino is really something extraordinary
Without prior notice just shut and closed as shop { is not Genting style } Genting is not telling us the true reason. Renovations can be done part by part. Something must have happen to force Management the sudden closure
