Ancom mother will not be lower on warrant exercise date because it is not a dividend

Only for dividend mother will readjust down ward

For warrant mother price will maintain

And warrant performance is based on mother

If mother goes up warrant price will go up or vice versa

Now with free warrant in the bag we look forward to S5 takeover of Ancom lb from Ancom

Can expect further goodies from

Rising share price of Ancom to pull up warrant further

Or possible "free S5" shares as bonus issue after the exercise is completed

So from all angles Ancom looks like a stock with great potential

Yahoo,warrant approved meaning Ancom is rewarding the shareholders.What would be the next?Dividend?
Then Ancom could be the dividend play stock under FM radar..or become turnaround play under FM?Expected coming Q1 can deliver good numbers since most of the write off clean up.

Ancom has been selling Ancom lb shares for 50 sen to 60 sen pure profit

After RTO is completed

Ancom lb with be changed to S5 or any new name to be chosen by S5 Board of Directors

And Ancom will still get 4% to 5% new Shares of S5

From here ancom will be transformed into a Technology related Company thru it's share in S5

And can also expect Ancom to distribute S5 shares as dividend in specie to loyal holders of Ancom shares
