How could Ancom go to Rm2.00?

Here is the Answer:

1. Egm already approved 1 free warrant for 4 mother shares of Ancom

That means 28 sen from 40 sen from warrant or about 8% to 10% yield.

This is better than keeping money in Bank for FD at 1.75% and expected to drop lower to 1.50% soon

2. Ancom thru it's subsidiary Rhodemark own 45% of Ancom lb shares

Now that S5 is taking over Ancom lb the price of Ancom lb already up 1,000% from 5 sen to over 55 sen

People don't know Ancom getting a windfall profit of multiple MILLONS from Ancom lb price gain

3. Best is yet to come

After S5 took over Ancom lb it will give 4% to 5% shares of S5 to Ancom

Hooray Ancom is now transformed into an IT Tech company thru S5

4. One more catalyst

Ancom sub Nylex own the fermpro factory which produce 5 million litres of ethanol

Director buy another 200 lots with an average price of 89sen.
To make his total shares become 400 lots (400000 units). 100% increase or double up his shares in ancom.
Later he can get 100 lots of free warrent.
I think the free warrent should be the "lunch" he wanted.
85 sen still cheaper than the director top up price.

ancom will have conference briefing today at 6.00pm. Expect them to push up the price a bit to create feel good factor to their investor for the briefing. Or else, they have to answer a lot of question.

Once price fixing is announced, you will have 8 trading days to entitlement date. So my strategy is to buy now and wait for price fixing which will be very soon.

Because once price fixing announced, people would be rushing to buy last minute to get free warrants.

Based on briefing yesterday, the management estimate listing of the warrant will be mid september with theoretical price between .25-.28 rm each (based on current price).

Benpg, the price was mentioned in a slide presented by the management. Im not sure how they get to the figure. Been told that the warrant price will be based on average 8 days price before entitlement day (i may be wrong on the accuracy of this info).

If the management intent to indirectly told us the share based on the warrant price at 25-28 cents, ancom price should be between rm1.00 to rm1.12 average during those days. I personally believe the price is at conservative level.

I believe the management's illustration of the theoretical value is on the time value of the warrants.

As you all know, value of warrant = (mother price - exercise price) + time value

Say they set the exercise price this week at 85 sen, for example. If mother is trading at exercise price level 85 sen, time value alone 25-28 sen.

Say mother share is trading at 95 sen (today's high), warrant value may be (95-85) + 25 = 35 sen

If mother is on an uptrend then the premium is usually larger. Any experts on warrants pls correct me if i made mistake anywhere.

Maybe there's a reason it is half asleep. Why chase up the price before price fixing of warrants? The smart ones would quietly buy before price fix, no need to rush in with the others during countdown to entitlement date. My personal opinion.

If you refer to the circular distributed to shareholders on warrants, management has indicated a possible 5% discount on the exercise price.

Let's hope that they fix at the maximum 5% discount so that the warrants are already 'in the money' when issued. Then it will be very good news to existing holders of mother shares.
