I expect a good Q1 results on recovery of overseas market demand and high CPO price for palm oil local demand, minus the media and corporate costs which has already come down.
Plus possible good news on S5/ALB.
Also, big holders of warrants would buy up mother share so their warrants are gonna worth higher.
Issuance of up to 66,233,553 free warrants in Ancom Berhad ("Ancom") ("Warrants B") on the basis of one (1) Warrant B for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in Ancom held as at 5.00 p.m. on 7 September 2020 ("Entitlement Date")
I dunno about syndicate or shark. From my opinion,as long as Ancom is perform just buy.If Ancom fair value still RM1.20-1.30 then current price is cheap. Those sell bec of afraid US market would affect our local market so they wan to cash out. So long Ancom business intact i believe price shall move up soon once stabilise.
Hi Steven, actually no research house doing coverage on Ancom..But based on fundamental evaluation,it shall worth ard that pricing. After company trimmed out the loss making and focus on ACC.ACC giving very stable profit for past few years ard 25-30m profit. Juz only ACC and calculate,u could get the fair value. Not including the recent news on RTO AncomLB(that one we put aside coz is a bonus to company) Well the only risk on Ancom is holding Nylex, since Nylex not perform yet. However, lately Nylex annouced expansion.Mayb that could boost up Nylex earning and bring it back on track.
