Breaking of 20 n maintaining it is important to see an uptrend.
Last friday it managed to go high at 18.5 before closing at 18.
Technically it sounds alright at this moment of time.
What Michael Kwok & MadCow75 mentioned do make sense.
We all believe that the operators/BOD will have some good news soon.
Let see coming days whether it will break 20 and sustain before target towards the direction of 30.
That depends a lot on the revamp of their businesses and the PN17 status.
