All guys can reference some cases like Astro,Media,Media_C,Star n others counter share movement.Total one things is qr n qr coming will show bad result.All drop from high peak till now still can't stop dropping.I think TM will follow the foot step deep drop very much till I can't know lowest price will going how!So don't invest to this counter already."6.50 drop to 1.00 or lowest"?Next six months market can give answer to us.

Epf must be working with syndicates even after change of govt. They have the inclination to buy overvalued and sell undervalued stock. I wonder whether those fund managers acted for epf really maintain their retirement with epf. Pity the young msian

In this case, the Telekom operator can’t communicate in English and only routed the call to nearest hospital within 2 mins! In time of emergency, 2 mins is like a life time! Recruit la operator that can communicate in a few languages. How can only understand 1 language!

Agree with Hollandking.

The basics of business is to retain your customer by satisfying their needs.
Their business was almost monopoly until recent intervention by new government, but their service attitude today has not changed.

They are not proactive to provide solutions to customers. With the new policy of lower price point to internet access, TM is providing higher speed for existing customers while maintaining the same price instead of offering options to customers to choose between speed or price.

Do you think the customers appreciate a boost from 30MB to 500MB speed? Most simply don't need the speed so would it be better to provide options for the customers to choose themselves. The process to change the subscription is also made difficult as customers must walk in to perform change, which cannot be done over the phone. A change in the package also renew the contract for another 2 years.

This is not retaining customers but I see it as a way to irritate them to walk away after their contract is completed.

We have to see how TM's revenue portion on the consumer will change over the next 2 years. Will there be a huge decrease in customer base?

By the way, you have to walk in to specific location to make subscription change, and only during weekdays/working day. This is not customer-oriented services. You have to check which center to go before you visit a center or you might waste your time.

Haha, so all same bad experience la! Past weeks, during lunch I’ve ady visited 5 TMPoints, semua say cannot help, better go HQ! Really wasted my time! I can’t imagine how long the Q at their HQ!

lincm86, if make subscription change ( downgrade to their new package cos as old customer I’m paying 3x more!) kena 2 yrs contract also ka? I want to throw away that unifi tv. If cannot I will switch telco.

Funny thing is TMpoints say upgrade they CAN do! But downgrade CANNOT! Since my area only can receive 30mbps, Tm also don’t allow me upgrade to their 100mbps which is also much lower in price compare to my old 30mbps package! What type of crazy pricing is TM practising???

Maxis also don’t hv fibre here. That’s why I still sangkut with TM. Felt conned every month they charge me RM200+ when as new TM subscriber I only need to pay RM79 for same 30mbps!!!

Anyway, I’ve taken time dot com survey. They will consider coming my area soon!

To your question : I’m out of contract long time ago. I’m old TM customer. For almost 1 decade!

Maxis has coverage. But no fibre infrastructure to upgrade us. Time will come my area with fibre so that we can enjoy min 100mbps. So we hv to wait!
