The truth is Malaysian economy is hijacked by the privileged majority for many decades. Only crooks can prosper in such a market with so much of insider trading and info leaks.
if bnm cut rate then this stock will up to RM2.00 dividen 3% inflation come hupseng product price up nice factory location johor bharu can supply to singapore market anytimes
There is shortage of hup seng biscuits. I tried many places also no stock. Nearby my place in Shah Alam only available at Aeon Big. I noticed they can sell at better price now as compared to before MCO, always need to give discount to attract consumers
sometimes is not because the company is not good, it is just not popular... being pretty is not good enough, need to have marketing skill.. good thing is we can collect some...
Hupseng have been paying 6sen/year in dividend since 2015 and maintained more than 100% dividend payout since end of 2016. This means they have been paying more in dividend than they have in net profit - how sustainable is this? One sign is that they total equity have been reducing albeit slightly from 170mil to now touching 150mil. Under the current case with expected margin squeeze (albeit slightly again), they may need to consider cutting dividend to 5sen/year. If they are to maintain a reasonable historical 6.5% dividend yield which much investors expect from a stock like Hupseng then the price of the stock have to decrease to $0.77. Interested to know what are they going to do in the next 12 months.
