@Huat Leow no la, last August was just RFI, now real deal tender to 30 shortlisted companies. Changed name from myIMMs to SKIN to IIS to NIISe tender due 4 Mac. the big guns are forming alliances. i have my money of HTPADU-TSWong

Muhyiddin said in support to the integrated border control management, the Malaysian Immigration System (MyIMMs) currently used by the Immigration Department will be replaced by the new National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) to enable the department to properly and efficiently manage and control the influx of foreign workers into the country by using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

At the way things are going, HTPadu seems to be the biggest winner!
With LGE & Tony Pua watching the kitty like a hawk, awarding 100% to S5 Systems will smell of corruption by the Home Minister.
My take is that S5 Systems will tie up with HTPadu instead.

Few positive signals to continue its bull trend:
1)The price has broke both the asymmetric triangle pattern and resistance line which indicates that the breakout has happened.
2) Expect another higher high and higher low to be formed in the next few months.
3) MACD line has cut above the zero line.
