i mean bukan Edaran ni on the move, tapi IT sector is on the move. Edaran ni saja tanya; why kita tak alert on 15 May until today baru ter-nampak. Haahaha.. MacD, RSI & MA are OK, tapi Stochastc tak menarik. We will see this counter on Monday.

The Board of Directors of Edaran Berhad ("EDARAN") is pleased to announce that Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (“JKDM”) has accepted the proposal by EDARAN's wholly owned subsidiary, Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd (“Edaran IT”) to undertake the service continuity project of "Sistem Maklumat Kastam" (“SMK”) / SMK enhancement for a period of 24 months at a total contract value of RM149.97 million (“Contract”).

The commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2017 and will expire on 31 August 2019.

This Contract has significant effect on the earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2018. The EPS is estimated to increase by 16.00 sen. Proceeds from the Contract shall contribute towards the earnings of EDARAN Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2018.

There is no significant risk in respect to this Contract.

None of the directors and substantial shareholders of EDARAN and Edaran IT has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract. In so far as the directors and substantial shareholders are aware of, no person connected with then has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.

based on 60m share issue , eps .16 = rm9.5m to 10m profit after tax ; peg it at 15x per the stock shld translate to 2.4 and being kept busy for next 2 years.. if they manage to clinch another govt contract, the counter will shoot thru the roof !
