Some activities last week. Follow buy at 5 sen last week. Look like the operators is pressing down from 5.5 to 4.5 to buy in at 5sen. Volume will pick up this week ..(I hope). I will try to accumulate to 2,000,000 shares. Wish me luck !

Compugates is one of the most expensive companies listed in KLSE. It is making LOSSES every year and still having a market cap of RM106 million. The initial PAR value of the stock was RM1. The directors are smart enough to undertake a stock split of 1 to 10, thus reducing the PAR value to 10 sens. Imagine if they did not do the stock split, the counter is trading at 50 sens (at the current price of 5 sens). Do you think the stock is cheap at 50 sens. There's no way the stock can hold at 50 sens for a continuously loss making company ..... but bcos of the stock split, retailers think that 5 sens is cheap. Smart move by the owner Goh K.P.
