Yes , confirm director , before that accumulating now selling... but the question is selling to who ?
That make the game interesting as no one has the clue.... yes dangerous but exciting.... Do join in but in kachang putih lot ok. Can go side way.... Those contrarian they are correct too. Use money management. After making money in Penny stock , shift gear to good fundamental stock...which is between RM1.00 to RM 1.50 and keep for long term.. Portfolio must be balance ,, not 80% penny stock.... dangerous ... Always remember .... NEVER LOST MONEY OR YOUR CAPITAL....USE money management.... Technical and fundamental has no use when BURSA get crazy....in coming months.... Last call for Penny stock ride...Kachang putih lots only ok...) small lot for fun.

gaharu agarwood!!!! is the keyword for Compugates... I first take notice of Computegates one year ago and accidently read about gaharu agarwood. That time they show picture ...many tree middle age planted.... Now one year later.. the tree has grown...Read their annual report.

when chickmonk mention gaharu agarwood... I reposition again some of my shares sell some include IFCAM and others.. load it to Compugates... with 108,000 shares @ 0.06 today.

Compugates is a darling stock many moons ago... yes I was there , was much young and not much money to invest... If memory serve me correct ... it was ramp up to RM7.00 stock or RM 10.00 stock... Many of this company like that no longer been seen after 10 years ....but I still see compugates..still hanging around... Smart move to venture to gaharu agarwood big potential.

Read about it and do your home work and share here....

•Agarwood is known as “Gaharu” by the Indonesians/ Malaysians and as Chén-xīang (沉香) in Chinese.

•Formation of agarwood occurs in the trunk and roots of Aquilaria trees that have been infected by a type of fungus. A dark resinous heartwood called the “Gaharu” is formed in result of the infection and is highly valued for its distinctive fragrance used for incense and perfumes.

•A kilogram of unprocessed “Gaharu” heartwood can fetch as much as RM 10,000 per kilogram. Distilled “Gaharu” essential oil can command up to RM 100,000 per kilogram and the price is expected to rise due to increasing international demand.

•Leaves of the tree is processed into Gaharu tea and is also highly sought after by the Chinese and Japanese for its many medicinal qualities.

Compugates planted the seed in 2010.. Now is Sep 2014. 4 years has passed.. How big is the tree now. Just say out of 25,000 Gaharu seedings only manage to produce 6,000 trees ....
about 25% success rate. out of 6,000 trees only 3,000 trees manage to produce one kilogram a tree Gaharu essential oil..... worth RM100,000 per kilo . How much...RM 300,000,000 that is only gaharu essential oil .. not including the tree and gaharu heartwood yet sales yet.

Just say only can harvest every 3 years... every year still have RM100,000,000 sales.. How much profit can they make ... How far can shares price go... Go though the calculation again and find out by giving compugates a call.. if the tree ready for harvest ...

If Gaharu is so valuable 2 things might happen.

1) There Might Be Thieves Steeling the Gaharu trees. You see - My Johor Friend own Oil Palm Plantations. He said that you must harvest Oil Palm Fruits every 2 weeks to keep them fruiting. In Boom Times When Palm Oil Prices Are High He Would Lose A Lot To Thieves! Other thieves with Illegal Lorries will Come in to Harvest & Steal the Palm Fruit Bunches. He doesn't make so much money during boom times. He prefer moderate prices as no thieves are interested then

2) Expenses Incurred for Protecting Gaharu trees. The alternate is to Employ Armed Security Guards To Protect the Trees. This will incur high costs. Armed Guards are paid by the hours. Trees only grow by the mili cm each day.

Other factors are diseases, devastation from wild elephants, wild boars & other animals. Drought ,weather are other worries you have to contend with.

The Main Question is. If So Lucrative Why Directors/Insiders are Dumping Shares by the MILLIONS?

So let see .. let see... but when I make money ... I will visit BJ Corp and support there.
