I don't think this is a good investment. New Meridian group is from M101. Their Dangwangi first project so small hotel suit also took nearly 4 years to complete. Bukit bintang monopoly hotel also took 5-6 years to complete and no more progress already....project stopped....heard that default payment to contractors.

Their skywheel kampung baru project also...piling works took a very long time....changing contractor always....china group also can not perform.....very disappointed to this project

What do you think about kuala Linggi project, When we refer to their quarterly account, they don't have cash flow to run for this project. Raising fund from right issue i think.........i hope this is not going to be a white elephant project just talk song song only.

We wish this project can be a successful one

When we refer to the latest annual report, New major shareholders are lawyers, as what i know lawyers do thing always base on paper. If for a construction and development boss back ground is different, more into giving priority to their contractors to get the job done.

But one thing good about the new shareholders are having a good skill in getting their client to purchase the property. Marketing shouldn't be any problem.
