Based on it's positive upward trajectory, TRC shd be able to hit at least 7 seen eps for this year with even higher eps for next few years. At this price level, it shd be a strong buy with single digits pe ratio

Woodstock, you should read previous comments. The profit was one off sales of land. Exclude that not that great. Should collects around 55sen. It’s trading mode now. You can make multiple gain from trading. 55-65sen
