China steel market is bad. It will be cheaper for them to use the money to invest in Kinsteel to sell from Malaysia. Malaysia demand is strong, and import anti dumping duty to China product.

The Board of Directors of Kinsteel wishes to announce that an amicable settlement out-of-court was reached between Kinsteel and Nippon Oxygen Sdn Bhd. Accordingly, the appeal which was fixed for hearing on 1 October 2014 in the Court of Appeal was withdrawn with no order as to costs.
This announcement is dated 2 October 2014.
