锦记钢铁（Kinstel，5060，主板工业股）在7月31日，接获日本氧气私人有限公司（Nippon Oxigen）追討900万令吉赔偿的信函，並要求该公司在21天內支付。

锦记钢铁指出，日本氧气其实是其子公司--柏华嘉控股（Perwaja，5146，主板工业股）旗下的柏华嘉钢铁私人有限公司的债权人，由於柏华嘉钢铁取得公司法令176条文下的限制令，限制所有债权人追討债务。

因此，日本氧气转而向担任柏华嘉钢铁私人有限公司企业担保人的锦记钢铁追討欠债。

该公司已经提出上诉，並將在8月5日过堂，因此，会等待进一步的发展，再向交易所作出公佈。

锦记钢铁也在另一份文告中宣布，柏华嘉钢铁私人有限公司已经获准在公司法令176条文下的限制令期限延长180天，从今年7月25日起，至2015年1月21日。

不过，这项限制令的范围不包括，国家能源（Tenaga），兴业银行，大马渣打银行，科威特金融机构（大马）有限公司，华侨银行（大马）有限公司，国家石油，及大马政府。

锦记钢铁今日大热上涨7仙或43.75%，收在0.23令吉，全天成交量达4958万股，是今日第5大热门股；柏华嘉控股则上涨5仙或37.04%，掛0.185令吉，成交量有619万股

It is normal in the market for the price fly up/down. Trap can be anywhere as trade at own risk. Warning should come from official authority.

In latest Bursa announcement, it is rm9 million, court order was granted to a Nippon Oxygen to collect from Kinsteel. Winding order is issued to Kinsteel to pay in 21 days or face winding up!! Click to Kinsteel to see this.

Yes, cannot pay rm9million. Pheng Chin Guan and Pheng Yin Wah are supporting it's share price now because last Friday they bought up kinstel shares- related party transaction ma. Plus past 3 months they accumulated rm20-30million kinstel shares, then used rm10million to push up 40%. Now waiting for retail investors to buy at 23 cents to 28 cents. So whoever wants to donate rm10million to Pheng Chin Guan and Pheng Yin Wah please chase up kinstel, they need that to bayar hutang. Play shares to bayar hutang. Normal la
