"Given a ten percent chance of a 100 times payoff, you should take that bet every time." — Jeff Bezos

Most people dismiss many of the best and most profitable investment ideas simply because they probably won't work. These investors never stop to consider how much they could make if unlikely outcomes actually occur. Jeff Bezos took those bets and became one of the richest people in the world.

"If there is one common theme to the vast range of the world’s financial crises, it is that excessive debt accumulation, whether by the government, banks, corporations, or consumers, often poses greater systemic risks than it seems during a boom." — Carmen Reinhart

Beware of debts that seem sensible during periods of prosperity. When a crisis comes, individuals, companies, and even governments that ran up debts during the boom usually suffer the most.

Annum’s timber biz is steady but their property stuff is rly exciting... More projects on the way I think..!

Posted by PhonkEnjoyer123 > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

I saw their recent construction contract news.. they’re definitely growing.. slow n steady but solid!!

Posted by crazycatlady > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

With sustainability being a big deal now.. Annum’s green timber is gonna be huge.. This stock could really pop.

Posted by gothamcrusader > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

They’ve been making smart moves, balancing timber and property... that combo gives them a lot of potential.

Posted by blueredpill > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

I’ve been keeping an eye on their property development.. if the market heats up, Annum is set to benefit big time.

Posted by crazycatlady > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Annum is really balancing well between timber n property.. good diversification.. i think they’ll benefit from both sides

Posted by Gudetamasan > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Their green timber strategy is pretty smart… sustainability is gonna be big in the coming years... and they’re right in that space.

Posted by blueredpill > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Construction biz picking up lately.. Annum’s projects could get a huge boost as the market recovers.. worth holding for me.

Posted by gothamcrusader > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

I’ve been seeing more about their Perak project... looks promising if the property market keeps recovering... holding tight!

Posted by PhonkEnjoyer123 > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

This is a long play for me… timber + property is a nice combo. Plus they’re expanding into more contracts.

"Know what you own, and know why you own it." — Peter Lynch

Do your homework before making a decision. Once you've made a decision, make sure to re-evaluate your portfolio on a timely basis. A wise holding today may not be a wise holding in the future.

Timber market’s steady, but their property projects are what’s rly gonna take off... they’ve got some good things coming!

Posted by crazycatlady > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

I like how they’re mixing timber with property development... diversifying like this is smart for long-term growth..

Posted by Gudetamasan > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

If Annum’s latest construction contracts pan out, we’re looking at some solid gains... not a bad hold at all rn.

Posted by gothamcrusader > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Green timber = future! More ppl are going to realize the value in sustainable building materials.. Annum is in a good spot

Posted by blueredpill > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

I’ve got my eye on their property projects in Perak... once those developments get going, Annum’s stock could move quickly!

"You get recessions, you have stock market declines. If you don't understand that's going to happen, then you're not ready, you won't do well in the markets." — Peter Lynch

When hit with recessions or declines, you must stay the course. Economies are cyclical, and the markets have shown that they will recover. Make sure you are a part of those recoveries.

Posted by Gudetamasan > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Timber is a steady business but I think their real money is in property... some rly promising developments coming up.

Posted by blueredpill > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Annum is a hidden gem.. their Perak property project could be a game changer once the market heats up again!

Posted by crazycatlady > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

They’re smart to diversify... timber and property = stability and growth... I’m in for the long ride with this one.

Posted by PhonkEnjoyer123 > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Sustainability is huge right now... Annum’s green timber projects are positioned perfectly for future growth.. loving this stock!

Posted by gothamcrusader > 2 months ago | Report Abuse

Those construction contracts are no joke... once the earnings start rolling in from those projects, Annum is gonna fly
