Wise investors always said 'When majority think good, you should sell, you should buy when everyone scare" Cause when a good stock have no demand but only sellers, means is super cheap. But in reality, when market are bad most people runs out of bullets due to fund stuck in market . For those who still have reserve, let's slowly start hunting and bargaining for good stocks. No one knows how long and how low the market will go. One thing for sure, good stock will always reward after bad news drain out. My preference are those with consistence dividend..

As not many places can find Heveagro mushroom, I'm quite sceptical that it can make profit in near future. During the AGM, did hinted that "depreciation can be use as dividend". After all, Hevea have 300m retained profit as reserve for dividend

At AGM, They only said foreign workers start coming in around May 2018.

In last quarterly report, they did said

RTA Manufacturing Sector
The revenue and profit before tax reported for this period decreased by RM57.97 million or 24.07% and RM26.34 million or 97.26% as compared to the same period last year. The lower revenue and profit before tax were mainly due to the ""critical shortage of foreign workers during the period"" and had resulted in higher operational costs as optimum production capacity could not be achieved and firm orders not met. In addition, the weakened USD/MYR exchange rate had also impacted the revenue and profit during this reporting period as compared to the same period last year.

For coming quarter

As for the RTA sector, labour shortage issue is now resolved and we hope to be able to get back to our desired momentum soonest.

Not sure how market will give PE to Hevea.
My view: current price is already higher than its fair value.

4 mil is only 0.7 cents. if really eps is 2.5 cents. Then Hevea will go beyond RM1. Anyway, if workers issued solve in 4th Quarter and profit still remain the same. Then why Hevea need extra workers for?

I believe Every price has its cost, when Hevea no workers issue and USD 4.4, Price was RM1.7+. When the company facing workers and USD rate below 4, price goes to RM0.60+. Last month 18th was record low in last few years at 0.525 even though USD was 4.18! Obviously, is either panic selling or certain group intentionally pull the price down..Today, workers issue solved (according to Q3 report, unless management giving misleading info) USD stood at 4.1 which is not far from 4.18. I don't see why Hevea should still hang around 0.60+ for long

The investor relationship manager is the cfo, this company is too small. The cfo is cum relationship manager. I do not trust this company now. The quarter results is not clear at all. Foreign worker resolved long time ago. Foreign worker looks like an excuse, they might hide something inside!

New Foreign workers joined Hevea at end of June, if training 2~3 months, Q3 didn't see the improvement of RTA is within my expectation. However, if Q4 RTA result still not improve, then we should question management whether they give misleading information. So, Q4 result is critical because it will shows whether foreign workers' issue has been solve or not and whether it can improve RTA result or not.
