i have been monitoring Evergreen since 2013-14 when the share price was really low...
it went down as low as 4xsen and that was the "coldest" period when everyone has abadoned the share... so I started to collect from 50 sen to around 90 sen and waited... the price went up to around RM2.55 before the split of shares... and i sold all the way from RM2.10 to RM2.4x...

the same thing is happening now.. when everyone abandons it and it went very cold...
but they forgot about this kind of share has a "cycle" that you should buy and collect when no one wants it... Evergreen is the biggest MDF company in ASEAN, and they are now doing particleboards and RTA too... they are growing, just that the external factors are now affecting them a bit... these factors wont last forever, they will be back to good profits when all this is back to normal...

so if u r a short-sighted near-term player.. this is not for u... that is all i want to say...

FA practitioner aims for steady and long term wealth generation, but not overnight...
Speculators aims to earn plenty of bucks overnight.. he might be able to do that once a while but most of them end up losing all of the money back to the stock market in long run

Ringgit already at its peak level at 3.86-3.90, the thought of Ringgit will go up to 3.60 n above seems like unrealistic n the market has been over reacted toward stronger Ringgit n its effect toward export oriented counters ... Unless some insiders foresee verry weak result in next quarter, it is quite strange that Evergreen dropping below 60 cents ... Any more constructive comment ??

US side , the fund managers n retail investors feel worried about the high valuation of their equity n true that bond yield of 2.8% for 10 year treasury bond another thing need to be worried but still too early to conclude the bull at US market will be killed coz the economy of USA still good n stable ... It looks like the top tech stocks being overpriced the most , look at Amazon, Facebook, Alibaba , Microsoft , all have PE higher than 30-33...
