Better sell evergreen at 30 sen and switch all into Asb at 14.5 sen now.

Asb will go up and evergreen will continue to go down and meet Asb at same price one day near 22 sen

Let us make this clear from the Edge Markets article mentioned above - the co is disputing the claims of SLEC and rigorously defending its position in the winding-up petition which is fixed for hearing on this 13 and 14 August. Just wait for the co's announcement to Bursa on further development of this case.

You can check on sale and admin expenses under qr report. Normally big boss expenses are recored under admin expenses.

Once the management of any company gets used to a level of pay and esos, it is unrealistic to expect them to take a voluntary pay cut. In US companies, the management payouts are linked to the performance of the company such as profitability and share price but not in Malaysia.
