attended GCB's AGM on 16June 2015; issue of extension of warrant was raised by shareholders. The board agreed to look into this matter, including possibility of new issue to replace the expiring one, if extension is not allowed.
this up should be boss clearing, I bet will not extend, and boss will also not let you to convert cheap...should be one day show...guessing only...hehe
Yes, still can. Global market not good yet price sustained. Expect GCB to trend up to 1.80 by CNY. At exercise price 1.34 warrant should be minimum .40 before expiry. So it's a 100% return.
Wa expires on 16 Feb 2016, may suspend 2 weeks (End Jan likely) before that....thus the Boss still have around 2 weeks time to goreng his WA....Be extra cautious..
hemi91 honestly I don't know. But given it's high risk due to expiry soon we have to be cautious. But there is strong interest in the mother share judging from the many new recommendations of GCB in 2016 - mitigate downside risk. The mother share should support the warrant price going forward.
So we have to decide. As long as profit can cash out. If it goes up some more - let the shareholders make. They are in control. We are not. We can only ride good positive trends. And this one nobody can stop the run now. GCB is unstoppable 2016. 2.00 is a guaranteed target. But time frame anybody's guess.
