Company sold down 2.8mils share in open market resulting price adjustment from 80c to 68c. I am not sure the reason but maybe folks out money to pay dividend? If the selling completed, 68c is the bottom.. I believe
the IDRP at a price of 65c per share is like ..... hmmm.. i don't know to comment. If you subscribe the IDRP, it just means that you are forgoing your dividend to maintain same % of the ownership in the company. If you cashout as dividend/income distribution, your % in company is reduced, future dividend is reduced.
In future the total share will be broaden, the EPS is more diluted ...
I have a mixed response with IDRP , specially in REIT as the income of REIT cannot be exponentially growth
Hektar's share price always gets pull down by its right issues and now by its IDRP. I think the idea for IDRP is also to increase its capital but doing it this way is slow to accumulate enough fund for business expansion.
IDRP adalah bonus utk unitholders. Boleh mendaftar pd harga yg murah dan rendah drpd harga pasaran. Bergantunglah kpd orang yg ingin penggang REIT ni utk jangka panjang atau jangka pendek
optimistically speaking, they can win 20% or more in a day, but they could lose more than 20% in a day too. Risky play. Better invest in Hektar better and safer
I am surprised that hektar investors are so mature. All in one methodology of holding long term for growth and dividend. This is the way. Steady + slow are the proven method
