SOP is Rm5.46

This Qtr earned 34.09 sen

Annualised is RmRm1.3636

P/E only 4

That is 25% Yield per year

Warren Buffet's Berkshire at its best is 25% a year and SOP matches that now.

By August 2022 with even higher FFB & CPO Prices we can expect SOP's P/E to go below 4

No other Palm oil share can match this Super Growth

Totally agree with calvin. At the current price this is the cheapest plantation stock in bursa. I am absolutely puzzled as to why this stock stay so cheap for so long, the only reasons I can think of is the cheap esos the co execs are getting together with the manipulating IBs and syndicates pushing down the prices for reasons best known to themselves. Btw not any Co can issue bonus shares without a strong balance sheet. Having said that I have a feeling that this stock will go back to it rightful place very soon ie around 7.30 cum bonus after taking into account the outstanding esos. One thing I am pretty certain is this the declaration of a higher dividend will surely propel this stock to a higher level no BS !

It has great vision for growth and expansion so it is giving less dividend

Because Sop has been idea of putting cash to work

With 220,000 acres of palm oil out of 300,000 acres in prime acre SOP will be able to capture the lion share of profit from the palm oil bull

Another almost 2 mil esos listed today. Exercise price rannge from RM2.21 to 3.60. Even at 5.20 some may still make 100% profit. What puzzled me is the large quantity of esos offeref to its execs. If the SOP do not raise the exercise price of future esos yo more than 5.00 I can safely say this counter is dead. Don't talk about long term investment your money is being donated to its execs via esos but not getting any rewards via a decent dividend policy tats why it is called a sial counter.

Actually plantations game not over yet CPO price will be above 6K per tonne through out 2022 and above 5.5K going forward 2023. Still a very good investment especially when our Ringgit is depreciating and inflation is on the rise. Only this sial counter got so many cheap esos offered to its execs

SOP last qtr EPS = 34 sen annualised = RM1.36 even you assign a PE of 8 this stock is worth 8.20 and CPO price will remain strong for the next 2 yrs but it gives out only 6 sen interim dividend and this is most unfortunate. We don't care whether the earnings is used for whatever purposes but a decent dividend policy is really needed !
