this reit is too small and no growing plan at all, better invest on axreit or ytlreit with better potential.

I owned axreit when it was smaller, then it grew larger and its dividend rates decreased. Atrium is small but efficient.

if constantly payout 2sen per Q, yealy 8sen and gross yield 7.27%, net tax more than 6.5%, still good

YtL reit gross yield only 6.6%, for the moment atrium still consider better.

I expect around 2.05 sen dividend per quater from now on. I think no more write off.

The last report shows under 2 million of receivable over 45 days but no data on anything over 6 months. There may be still a chance to collect the write off and the legal process takes time.

if you take the annual report and qtrly report read together, it's actually overdue more rhan 12mths

1st interim income payment of 1.4 sen announced for 1.1.19 to 28.2.19, ahead of private placement of units, I believe. Equivalent to 2.1 sen per quarter of FY2019.

Share price dilution is likely with the additional shares and right issue later. With this low market sentiment, right issues had some advers effect on other counters recently.

Atrium had placed out 10.98m units to the Hong Leong Assurance Group making the latter substantial unitholder of 7.51% of the REIT.

"Atrium REIT: To raise RM999m via MTN programme for Penang properties. Atrium REIT plans to raise up to RM999m by establishing a medium-term note (MTNs) programme to part-finance the purchase of properties in Penang. The MTN programme will have a tenure of 30 years from the date of first issuance, the group said. Atrium REIT has lodged the programme with the Securities Commission Malaysia, and that Public Investment Bank is the principal adviser, lead arranger, security agent and facility agent for the programme.
