Every year this counter make lose could be due to bad weather in south east china specially monson weather cause the work in sea slow down. Right after this monson session months over the financial reports all good.

The price trend like reflecting there are too many OSVs in the market, no oil from Sk433 and Banang Late Life Assets PSC or oil price revert back to USD 20-30 per barrel. But the fact is totally opposite.
