KBM採油區成“金礦”‧必達能源上漲空間大

（吉隆坡9日訊）達證券認為，KBM採油區成為必達能源（PENERGY,5133,主板貿服組）的“金礦”，未來將為該公司業務增長提供更多上漲空間。
達證券在報告中說，必達能源打算開發海底作業、強化採油（EOR）、移動平台（Liftboat）等業務，若一一落實，有助加強估值。
目前，該公司在KBM採油區的風險服務合約中持有30%股權，若順利以既有資產提供更多服務，相信可以爭取更高營收。
達證券以2015至2020年每日產油5千917桶、油價105美元、資本開銷及營運開銷12億令吉、產油成本54美元、營運賺幅35%等為基準推測後，估計KBM採油區的風險服務合約可將必達能源的估值提高34仙。
同時，在泛馬油田的連接、建築與啟動（HUCC）項目帶動下，該公司的船租業務賺幅逐步回穩，從2013年的0.3%升至2014年的15%左右。
管理層看好租金將增加最多15%，在增購新船後，使用率仍有望由2013年的72%提高到2014年的80%，相信泛馬油田合約可帶來穩定的營收。
為爭取更多新合約，該公司計劃增購新的工作船，也可能添購移動平台。
達證券雖未給予評級，卻估算必達能源合理價為3令吉34仙，在2014年業務展望改善之下，未來擁有不俗的上漲空間。
今日收市，必達能源跌1仙，收2令吉98仙。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡12日讯）随着旗下各业务更稳定，华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）或重启油气业务分拆上市计划。
该公司副董事经理杰卡洛马卡诺接受《星报》访问时透露：“我们常常都在检讨这项建议书，一旦是释放价值的好机会，就会进行该活动。”
根据报道，他说：“将油气业务分拆是合理的，因为油气业务和非油气业务的营运并没有太大的协同作用。”
该公司2005年就萌生了将油气业务分拆的念头，却在2012年，油气业务即将上市数月前，把计划取消，归咎于市场情况不明朗。
2011年，华商控股建议分拆油气业务，把相关业务注入子公司Wasco能源上市。
杰卡洛马卡诺说：“当时展延分拆上市，是因为时机未成熟。进行了，未必会创造价值，反而价值恐遭破坏。”
首季转亏为盈
他补充：“Wasco能源当时仍以工程为基本收入来源，波动性很高。所以，我们决定先强化它的经常收入元素。”
取消油气业务上市活动后，华商控股接下来几年的业绩持续激烈波动。
不过，去年取得令人失望业绩后，今年首季因管道涂层业务由Statoil和北马盆地计划（North Malay Basin）支撑，取得净利2060万令吉，转亏为盈。
且华商控股，最近又收购了世界海事（ALAM，5115，主板贸服股）间接子公司49%股权，涉足岸外支援船只服务。
加上持有26.9必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）股权，公司未来净利表现将转稳定。

Wah Seong (Outperform, TP: RM2.60): To revisit demerger plan. Wah Seong Corp may revive a plan to demerge its core O&G business next year now that its various units are on stronger footing, says deputy MD Giancarlo Maccagno. “We are constantly reviewing this proposal and will proceed if it can unlock value. “It makes sense to run the businesses separately because there isn’t much operational synergy between the O&G and non-O&G units.” The demerger, which had been mooted in 2005, was shelved just months before the listing was to have taken place in the first quarter of 2012.
