The most is 4 more trading days before Paramount declare its final dividend, expecting it to be 3.5 sen to 4.5 sen.

Q1 FY 25 ending 31 Mac to be announced by end of May, forecast to be not less than 6 sen per share. Annualised profit for FY 2025 to be around 25 sen per share.

Ground work is now ready for Paramount to shoot to the moon. Today lowest 1.06 is only done 800 shares, majority is done at 1.07 (1.64 million shares). You should see substantial price movement tomorrow or by Friday.

YTLP in comparison with YTL, YTLP power is just starting the engine which means that YTLP got more room to go up further.

Bright future for this Cresndo as the director bought a lot of Cresndo share recently. Much higher chance to get another decent dividends this year.

Property business should be improved as the customer payment is according to the progress of the construction of the property. Now, the project is still under construction. Anyway, LBalum major business is still in Aluminum.

Average January 2024 gold price was USD2050 per ounce only. At this time Pong Kong make very high profit margin. Now the gold price is USD2300. As long as the gold price above USD2000, Poh Kong profit is promising great.

LBALUM is an Aluminum company not the steel company. Aluminum companies, all benefit from high aluminum price due to high demand and lesser supply. Steel supply is more than the demand, so the steel price drops.

USD2395 per ounce, Poh Kong profit margin is extremely high. Best financial QR is expected.

Aluminum price per tonne is USD 2639.00 up USD 22. Average aluminium price from NOV2023-JAN2024(Latest QR of LBALUM) was around USD2230 per tonne. Expected good QR is coming.

LBALUM is just waking up a bit

The 3 brother directors are efficient that buying a lot of JB lands and make more than RM400 Million per year but never share the dividends with minority shareholder(ikan bilis) since year 2015. Hope got good news that the directors will pay the dividend to the ikan bilis. My brother bought it in 2015 and keep until now. Hope no more keep in view, KIV for the dividend.

Has to admit that both YTLP & Cresndo are good and tested stocks. Need not to fight. Both are resilient against the recent small stock crash. Many stocks are still suffering.

Tomei performs well, already up 6 cent in this morning. It is your turn Poh Kong which got better earning power, EPS than Tomei EPS in latest QR.

Aluminum counters got chance due to increasing high demand construction and electric car. Recent QR both revenue and profit performing well. Also, LBALUM golden cross appeared and aluminum price goes up steadily recently. I think got chance to go up further.

Yes, obviously more chinese buy gold in both Poh KOng & Tomei recently. Last time, they seem like not so interested in buying gold.

Israel bombed Iran embassy in Syria resulted in killing some Iran senior officers last week. Market expected a escalated war between these 2 countries and bring more disaster. The increasing geopolitical risk in Middle East pushed up the gold price. Until last Friday night, no Iran retaliation and much lower chance in reducing interest rate in US, the gold price dropped from peak of USD2430 to USD2343. It seems geopolitical risk has become better.
Yet, it is a calm before the storm. Iran has launched missiles and drone attacks against Israel last Saturday night.
Due to this, I believe the gold prices will not drop but instead will going up from USD2343 per ounce on next Monday. Peace is the best for the mankind. Gold can hedge against inflation, geopolitical risk, etc.
For your info, Pohkong can make good profit even at USD2000 per ounce.

5) declare dividends from 2024 onwards, as it has completed all major capex programmes (Klang Explanade Mall & hotels) and strong operating cashflows would enable dividend payouts of easily 30% or 12 sen a year

Poh Kong share price historic high was around RM1.60 in August 2020 with the gold price at USD2030, USD 1 = RM 4.19. Now USD 1 = RM4.73, GOLD price is USD2340 per ounce. In comparison, notice that the USD appreciates against RM by 13% and the gold price is increased by 15.2%.
