I lol-ed at your comment huat gor, you have made my day. I believe it is going to go up soon as the RSI is already oversold. In addition, if you check back the director buyback history, you will notice that when Giancarlo Maccagno (Director) buy backs the share, the next few days the stock tends to go up. I am suffering losses too on this counter, I should have sold it when the financial report was reported because I anticipated it to be a very good report and turned out it is good and the price shot up as high as 1.99 if im not mistaken. However, due to greediness, i continue to hold it and now the price has gone down. i just wanted to remind myself always stick to my first plan. :)

the trend based on my observation, will go up after a couple of weeks...instead of next few days..after the directors bought the shares, but we hardly see them sell.....perhaps via proxy to do selling..

华商控股（WASEONG，5142，主板工业产品股）6月宣布以1亿600万令吉，购入世界海事（ALAM，5115，主板贸服股）间接子公司49%股权的活动宣告完成。
另外，该公司也计划增购船只，包括2艘住宿船。
行家建议
我们认为，这项投资属正面，而上调2014财年净利预测3.3%、2015财年净利预测达10.6%，且乐见华商控股把管理权留给世界海事。
华商控股增购住宿船的计划也不会有任何问题，因为这类船只供应不足，且大部分都已有租约，所以相信要取得租约不难，加上船龄小，也不会有问题。
目前，华商控股的订单仍以钢管涂层为主，达15亿令吉。
我们相信，必达能源（PENERGY，5133，主板贸服股）的泛马（Pan Malaysia）综合HUCC和顶部主要维修活动和风险服务合约（RSC）合约开始贡献后，华商控股的净利也会受到激励。
