Few projects need to consider whereby the profit will flow in during the year since the taken-up rate is more than 80%-90% for these projects and it was launched after 2nd half of 2015:

1. Australian project
2. Radia office
3. Mont Kiara projects

Not taking into account the following:

1. Potential land sales
2. Recovery of Nusajaya
3. Forex impact on overseas project

The support at 1.00 is very strong, oversold and fundamental and balance sheet healthy.the land bank they have in Johore is very cheap and had not been revalued
