i mentioned earlier something rolling, next week will probably sign the HSR MOU. As far i know some big local vendor already submit the RFP and tender preparation. Ask yourself what really this HSR can benefit this counter. Go and find out TGV and JR these type of HSR project how actually it benefit the "surrounding" area. sit tight, gonna roar soon

dun just eval based on price, just think of like somebody want to built a factory at your land, what benefit you can grab, now and future? Rule 1 always share price should reflect to company performance., if overprice there's only BUBBLE

no foreign investor will come until 1MDB is resolve, HSR is mega project that must be back by government, just like now if i ask you will you invest in Turkey, would you dare? If you guys read the economist they are afraid of ah jib political career and 1MDB, political instability. UEMS is holding the triumph card, but still got many detail havent runding among johor govt and federal govt yet - how to share the cake

mid Jun a CIMB banker asked me to collect & hold FGV below 1.45. for 1 mth...i really hesitate
that most analysis put very -ve on this stock with "SOLD" TP : 1.2++ at that time !!!....now they ask to focus on UEMS & some GLC comps......watch out & judge your self....

my intel told me is mutual corporation, other rumor package is land swapping. Anyhow, the value is surrounding area. UEMS have all the strategic landbank build around the terminal. This project mostly fund by private sector, SPAD chair the project, don't expect government got money to buy land, funny
