UEMS has all this while hung on to the coattails of the property index. On its own, it wouldn’t have moved up so much, because it is run by incompetent people, I’m afraid. Now that the property index is turning downwards. The time for reckoning is here. It’s 62 sen at 50PE. To put it in context, the great Sunway is only at 29PE.
Its only hope seems to lie on the SEZ play. Wonder how that will play out. Good luck
yes, leaning towards an long term upward trajectory due to increasing land value however, with such a lengthy share distribution process recently (after a 4-5x price increase from the bottom), I expect a bit more of a mark down for accumulation purposes, in the short term, before the November excitement (that is, if they're ready to sign by then).
