YoY drop is because MBL has disposed their Indonesia subsidiary last year.
That Indonesia is Palm oil mill process plant, revenue is high, but loss making, that why dispose it better.

For MBL, my biggest concern is why he want to acquired SWSCAP? Especially when this batch of share is acquired from Eddie Ong.

Like what they did previously acquired SYMLIFE, it is totally a failure.

And within 1 year now they acquired SWSCAP again, and since they day they acquired, share price keep dropping.
Hope management can explain to shareholders why they want to acquired SWSCAP.
