I am not a shareholder but I believe the shareholders must write to bursa or question the board.
Purchasing car using company money is a normal thing in Malaysia, but to purchase a 8.2m Ferrari is totally bs.. If gt no good use of the money give high dividend then boss sendiri buy la..

This management plays a monkey with the business. Oil palm price now sky-high so counter should have performed better but he is treating a berhad and listed counter like a sole proprietor.
