Not only one operator. They collect low is to push high n sell.

They keep flipping 0.08 buy sell is to create panic so that others sell cheap.

Once one of the operator decide is time to push. Other operator will do so together. Who late who earn less.

If sell low in this time. Other operator will absorb and earn.
