The disposal of the land in Australia by TAGB will increases there profit and cash flow.

However the profit is increased for TA but not the cash flow.

momo It is actually quite easy for TA to take it private. If they offer 55 sen each, it would cost about RM 1.2 B , which is not much. I would prefer they offer a 1:1 Reit at a low offer price of 10 sen each. In that way TAGB can raise RM500M + to further reduce debt or fund and operate more hotels. Debt is currently being reduced from about 2.5B to about 1.9B with proceeds from little bay sale. I see interesting times ahead.

Very good assets. Tagb is a diamond in the rough. Polish it and it shall shine brilliantly. The low price is making the investment community at large not notice it. When it does rise higher which should happen over the next two quarterly results, it is going to be too late for many. The horse would have left. I have invested bigly in TA as it gives me both with just one investment. (2 birds with one stone). Every TA share holds 1.8 Tagb shares by virtue of it's 60 % stake. Surprisingly that is TA share price. 0.38 x 1.8 = 0.685 The rest of TA is absolutely FREE !!

momo Here are the numbers. Tagb total number of shares = 5,322,000,000 or 5.322B
TA owns 60.1748% of Tagb. That is 3,202,000,000 or 3.202B shares
TA total number of shares = 1,712,000,000 or 1.712B shares
Shares of Tagb that TA owns divided by total number of TA shares is
3,202,000,000 / 1,712,000,000 = 1.87
So for every TA share that you own, it owns 1.87 Tagb shares.
So if Tagb is at 38 sen then 1.87 x 0.38 = 0.71 or 71 sen
There you see !!
TA Enterprise is selling for less than what it owns of Tagb. The rest of TA enterprise is
absolutely free for investors. Hard to believe but absolutely true.
That is the reason I sold all my Tagb shares and bought TA Enterprise.
If you are still not sure, I encourage you to contact TA Enterprise and ask them if the above
calculation is true or not.
If anyone still don't agree, tell me why.

The Board of Directors of TA Global Berhad (“TAG”) wishes to announce that its public shareholding spread of 24.76% based on Records of Depositors as at 29 December 2017 is not in compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the LR of Bursa Securities.
