Hahahaha.... The people who know me never hide the ugly or beauty truth.
Today shows sell signal for HOMERIZ. But to me, why release a golden goose that lays eggs for me. It just that yesterday the goose sudden lay 4 eggs, and today it get some rest only. =D
Stupid Kenanga.. give low tp and doesn't make a real sense... But at least now this chart is under analyst coverage... Definitely will build up further from now onwards....
i am wondering,based on 50% dividend payout,16.7m net profit,how did KENANGA computed 2.5cen DPS for 2014?
homeriz achieve 15.1m net profit for FY 2013,equal to 7.56sen EPS,and paid 3.75cen as SINGLE-TIER dividend for the year,or 50% payout.
kenanga assume net profit to be achieve 10% growth in FY 2014,and 50% payout maintain, without enlarge share capital base,FY 2014 DPS should equal to 4.175cen,0r 5.03% dividend yield(calculated by 83cen TP).
furthermore, homeriz achieved net profit of 5.7m in 1st Q,35% of kenanga full year forecast,if 2nd Q result perform as good as 1st Q,full year forecast will definitely having upside bias,as well as DPS.
correct me if i am making mistake.if not, please request Kenanga to modify their report(for the DPS part).

Now with no rights issue coming for Hevea, the sale proceed of about $245k for selling the 290,000 shares of Homeriz may be used to collect more hevea at <1.33 or should I buy Homeriz at <0.78 ?
Good counter overall, with good and constant profit growth, undervalued since Yr2010 listed. I found it at Yr 2011 when market that time very calm, yr2012 tis counter drop tremendously and swing btw 0.20 - 0.30, due to it's a new listed company i've no confident to add in even the company profit is clear enuf to reflect the price is highly undervalued. Hold it till tis yr, finally see it's value reflected on the price, sell out at 0.75 last month, might a bit earlier but still not regretted cuz not really anticipate it will come so good. :)
