Guys ,

a. PP placement done at 9.cts plus.
b. Internal organisation is effective in place from 13th April. It will be only now be listed on the KLSE .
c. Entitlement date of the share swap for the new company pending soon..
d. From the outstanding expired W of 90M plus,appro 60M are exercise and listed since. A sum of appro RM5.0M injected nto the company and thus increased the NTA nd CASH per share to the company.,,, I believe it has been well absorb over the last few days.

Finally , will there be light at the end of the tunnel ...we find out
soon..

@DragonEyes , on ex date if you hold KStar , your shares will automatically be exchange into SAG. After that , SAG will only be listed in KLSE only..

@DragonEyes, I don't know...but as at April , th CASH position of the company has improved from RM13.2 M to appro RM30M plus from the PP and the W Conversion and NTA of the company has also increased ...also a new Chapter for the company...

Let the market decide...
