Guys, things to ponder on this counter :

a. A new shareholder has emerged taking up a 19.5% stake in the company ie 34.6 M shares. If they see no value in the company, why should they buy in.
b. the newly expired W (appro 98M shares)is in the $ on expiry and many conversion into the parent shares will take place @ 8cts. This will increase the CASH reserve for the WC of the company.
c. I believe the conversion process is ongoing . The last day of trading for the W was 24th March 2021 at 3 cts. The cost of the parent shares after conversion will be 11cts while the parent is traded at 12 cts. Heavy buying on the W was noted and expect many conversion to be done.
d. The listing for the conversion of the W is expected to be issued by end next week or the following week. The shares price of the parent is expected to be range bound for next week till all the W are converted and listed. Assuming 50% ( probably more ) of the W are converted, it will add appro RM4.0 million to the company's coffer and will improve the NTA of the company currently at 5.5cts.
e. The reorganisation scheme are all in place and expected to be implemented any time, possibly an announcement of the same by next week or max the following week.
f. I expect the shares to start moving within the next 7-14 days. Why should it move now before ALL the weak holder for those who sent in for conversion are not flush out yet.. it may drop a bit to flush out those weak holder ...

Guys, reviewed the above and if you think it is a good BUY , BUY early and avoid chasing it when the spike begin...

Guys , in addition the shares is at ALL time low for 2021 and close to the prices pre Covid 19 .... how many shares post Covid 19 fit into this category and the financial performance is reasonably satisfactory, a small loss and without heavy gearing and with CASH available in their balance sheet..

Is this a " Fat Frog jumping in the street" ...lol ,,, we find out soon for the event to unfold... btw , early birds catches the worms, remember that ....

Guys , who is behind Oriented Media Holdings Limited...? At what price did they buy in , my guess is an average of between 12cts to 13cts...!!! If you have been following the development on this company and the KLSE Market play , you can made an intelligent guess on it ....!!!!

At least kstar already been appointed as one of the sales agent. Vaccines would be in great demand soon as the government wont be able to distribute fast enough to achieve herd immunity. Private sector can distribute to higher income class citizens or those that want to travel oversea as soon border open.

Guys, Kstar will stay bound range at this price until all the W conversion are all converted. The conversion cost is expected to be around 11cts to 11.5 cts and expected to be listed within the next 7 market days...why should the price move for the converted W to be sold at a gain . At the same time , the company will want those shares to be converted as it is in the money which they will or they burn the cost of their W. Cash will be injected into the company from the conversion.

They will only implement the reorganisation plan only the weak holders for those who converted the W are all absorb for a clear path to move..

Think about it...

Guys , this hearing is just a legal formality . Malaysian HC has sancioned it and since it is also listed in Singapore , the Spore HC sanction is required .After 12th April and after absorbing the W to be convert, expectation will be good for this counter... but i also look forward to pea brain comment on it ...it their rights to vet ther frustration...
