（吉隆坡14日讯）冠病爆发至今，海运业和物流业变得炙手可热，抵销了航空业受到严重打击的影响，大马投行看好海运和物流需求将保持强稳，因而继续乐观看待运输物流业整体展望，决定保持“加码”评级。

不过，该行提醒说，如果港口货柜处理数量和包裹运送数量增长慢于预期，航空旅游复苏步伐也迟缓，该行不排除将运输物流业的评级调低到“中和”、甚至“减码”的可能。

大马投行表示，海运公司将继续从全球货柜货运需求增长趋势中受益，物流公司也能够自冠病刺激的网购交易中获利。

至于目前表现疲弱的航空公司，随著疫苗接种加快，该行看好各国将逐步解除封锁，进而提振航空公司业务表现。

整体而言，该行保持运输物流业的“加码”评级。

大马投行引述上海出口货柜运价指数（SCFI）说，这项全球货柜贸易指标创下新高，显示海运市场需求自2020年中以来一直保持强劲。

该行说，欧美对服装、配饰、机械零件、汽车零件等消费品和工业品需求的复苏；亚马逊、沃尔玛的大型零售商的补货活动；汽车业等全球严重的晶片供不应求。

海运公司面对货柜囤积影响

不过，大马投行指出，海运公司面对港口货柜囤积影响，主要是更容易获得疫苗的欧美经济开放快于亚太，导致市场出现欧美货柜过剩、亚太货柜却不足的不平衡现象。

“同时，由于亚太冠病疫情仍严重，受各项封锁限制影响，港口周转时间更长。”

该行说，随著船运公司陆续接收到新货柜、亚太经济复苏加快、空运服务在各国解除封锁后恢复、欧美消费需求转向服务业、封锁放宽等，相信港口货柜囤积效应将消退。

大马投行指出，目前国内港口营运公司正通过将货物从拥挤的港口分流，而提高了市场份额。

西港（WPRTS,5246,主板交通物流组）是区域主要转运港口之一，由于货柜囤积，影响了效率，造成船运公司错过了港口停靠时间，并影响到其他港口往返时间。

该行假设情况在短期内恢复正常，西港应该会回到更强劲的增长道路，因此该行预期该公司的货柜处理数量将在2022财政年增长5%，快于2021财政年的2%。

对于物流业展望，大马投行表示，国内包裹递送市场显著扩大，能够让新的和较小的业者找到生存空间，与更成熟和更大型的对手共存。

包裹运送业炙手可热

该行认为，冠病促使网购风行，包裹运送行业更是炙手可热，而消费者尝过网购的便利、低价等甜头后，普遍会保持这类采购习惯。

此外，政府暂停发放新物流执照，也让早已拥挤的市场变得缓和，物流业者也能把握良机拓展业务。

该行预期物流业者会采取更多效率提升措施，包括外包最后一里服务、透过加速快递服务计划（PAKEJ）共享资产等。

选股方面，大马投行说，大马邮政（POS,4634,主板交通物流组）的效率和服务有待改善，近期展望依然不太乐观。

该行补充，在PAKEJ措施启动后，该公司的服务若不改善，恐怕会面对罚款。此外，在PAKEJ之下，该公司的网络覆盖率优势恐怕会渐渐消退，连带市占率也可能会遭到侵蚀。

航空客运量恐降29%

大马投行指出，困难重重的航空业2021年展望仍不乐观，大马航空委员会（Mavcom）预计客运量可能按年减少22.9至29.1%，跌幅大于该行估计的20%。

不过，随著全球逐步解锁，相信航空业展望也会跟著改善。

该行选择的复苏空运代表股项是大马机场（AIRPORT,5014,主板交通物流组），并认为这是相对安全的选项，因为机场属于国家策略利益，该公司也拥有政府作为后盾，股东支持无虞。

相对之下，该行对亚航集团（AIRASIA,5099,主板贸服组）保持谨慎看法，尽管该公司已提出高度稀释股权的现金集资活动，但能否走出泥沼仍属未知数，因为该公司的财务已受到冠病严重打击。

无论如何，大马投行认为，航空公司和机场公司仍有著货运服务需求增加以推动业务改善的机会。此外，为求生存，他们也会加快创新和开发新收入来源，并将成本控制在最低，这些都是有利因素。
