Sunreit is mostly retail outlets, and retail outlets are dying fast due to MCO.
The surviving ones will surely ask for big discounts from Sunway to cut loses, which is bad for dividend.

I will wait at TP RM1.10

Grab some @1.35, don't expect the price to drop further more. If really drop lower, split into 3 batches and start collecting some portion from this price level. This is my opinion. Happy investing :)

That case I will advise to wait further until 0.50, much more cheaper.

Vaccine is coming out, shopping malls slowly will improve by time. People still loves to shop regardless of new norm or what. Just be patient and accumulate when the price is reasonable.

Yes dividend is weak because NPI is affected by CMCO and virus..
Remember this is not an average REITs, the name SUNWAY already worth the money.
Are CMCO and virus going to last forever? Keep the answer to yourself and you will know what to do.

Downgrade to UNDERPERFORM from (MP) on a lower TP of RM1.10 (from RM1.45). Our TP is based on CY21E GDPS/NDPS of 5.8sen / 5.2 sen (from FY21E GDPS/NDPS of 7.6 sen / 6.8 sen) and an unchanged +2.5ppt spread on a lower 10-year MGS target of 2.80%. If you are not desperate for cash flow, actually no need to worry a lot. Yes for sure dividends will be sucks. However pls remember you are holding assets via REIT, Sunway assets already worth the money itself.
You will you simply sell your condo/house/shop lots just because the rental income is less?
