To this end, we have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Huawei) on 3 December 2021 to collaborate for the purposes of a long-term cooperation for a total of 500 MW RE projects located in and outside Malaysia. In this arrangement, Huawei will act as the technology enabler and it will undertake to provide the technical and after-sales support for all products and solutions. Meanwhile, Cypark would be the user and installer of the said products and solutions, subject to agreement of both parties and the terms and conditions of the collaboration. The MOU is in effect from the date of signing and will remain effective for a period of two (2) years until the execution of the set of definitive agreements between the parties or such other period as may be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Further to the Company's announcement made on 30 September 2022, the Board of Directors of CRB wishes to inform that the status of the MOU remains unchanged. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements. This announcement is dated 30 December 2022.

go and study how the LSS2 contract work before you talk about its potential/impact to financial. there is no revenue can be recognised even these project COD, only interest income, and slight O&M. my god, dun dream they will be recurring income generated from the sales of electricty. they are not the owner for LSS2.
Management can't "hide" the amortization of its huge intangible capital cost of its WTE @ RM1.049 billion forever ... RM1.049 billion divide by PPA of 16 years = RM65 mil. per year ... good luck, guys!
