Despite Benalec having, for the first time since IPO, to record a relatively small loss by way of
quarterly financial reporting, the Group maintains a very positive outlook vis-à-vis its
prospects for the rest of the financial year. This positive outlook is based on the fact that
180.59 acres of land, forming the subject matter of Sale & Purchase Agreements already
signed and publicly announced, will generate revenue (approx. RM254 million) and profits for
recognition over the subsequent quarters.

Adding to the positive outlook is the uptrend in the demand for, and pricing of, the Group’s
reclaimed land-bank in Melaka. This, in turn, augurs well for the Group’s financial performance

when directors 'eat' money then its company shares will drop like hell. Once the sacred trust bond between directors & shareholders is broken, then the company will have a hard time to get loyal investors. Investors are not stupid as what the company directors think.

Let it drop to 0.50c , then can buy . Sold at 1.50 and waiting to buy back . The lower it go down the better opportunity to make money .

i went thru last quater audited report and found that Ben fundamental not that bad.i advise those intend for holding long term shall go thru annual report and study carefully.i believe Ben still have breath to survice in long term.i will buy in start by next week if selling pressure is slow down.good luck to all!!!
