DY still high ie 6.44 and low PE 4.07 so price now still very cheap now. Even move up to RM1.50 also consider not expensive, no wonder Danny still own a lot of shares.

Cheap does not mean there is demand, only when it is cheap and valuable only can. Trops is cheap but not valuable. Can u dertsandunderstand?

Tropicana is cheap but not valuable because of Danny. Nonetheless it is cheap from financial and valuation point.

My system say, the company didn't meet the promises sighting tropicana Aman lauch supposed last year with private placement to raise fund didn't happen, didn't reduce debt fast enough, not accountable to share holder, high unbilled which means they are slow in delivering each stages of the developmeny

Chiplata, I agree with you. I sold mine long ago. Was lucky I didn't hold. Market claims tropicana won make it with their strategy of holding their price possession lands while selling the less valued ones. They will have tough time next year with GST,and loans are hard to come by

EcoWorld registered RM 9 mil profit only for a full financial year ended Sep 2014 but its share price has performed much better than Tropicana's. TCB has simply become a hopeless company........

I convert & move some of Trops shrs to SBC today. Beh Tahan liao.......my thoughts are even if Trops perform in coming result , so what? The name change fr Dijaya to Tropicana was synonymous with Yau's failure as CEO and 1+ year price drop.

Even if they achieve 2 b again is meaningless. It's kakisong and investor mati scenario. 1 year plus downtrend, don't ask investors to be patience. When the boss and driver cannot be trusted, it's the end of the road.
