bought land for 1.2b then sold for 470m, that's not business, that's "business". that's why its valuation remains lowest. what to do, no integration management.

Firstly most of the information is not accurate, it's not PKNS but PNSB, secondly they sold 1/3 of the land to EcoWorld at half the cost that Selangor Govt charge them, and thirdly they paid RM10M and some smart aleck in PNSN signed over the Power of Attorney, which is why they can sell the land to Eco.

They show EBT, roughly we know the IBIE base on 0.6 gearing. Massive massive expense from interest. The two land and building sales better show numbers before the next result

eps 14.24 sen, means PE of 7.3x for 1.04 price.
unbilled sales 2.7b, market cap is 1.45b.
nav 2.14, price 1.04.
net gearing 0.5x after disposal of Tropicana mall and office.
hmm.....TP should be.....judge your own. :P

Look like nobody think the latest result is good news. Perhaps no dividend news could be 1 reason. High gearing level is another reason.
