On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Board had on 13 December 2021 ("Price-fixing Date") fixed the issue price for the first tranche of placement for 25,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.1850 per Placement Share ("Issue Price").
